Berqun is software built to help companies monitor, manage and lift employee productivity. We handle and store employee data securely in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Our data processing is grounded in data minimisation, purpose-limited use and strict access control. Employee data is processed only with explicit consent or legitimate interest, and is not shared with anyone outside authorised personnel.

We apply AES-256 encryption, mutual authentication and regular security audits to protect data. Data is stored on Google Cloud Platform and transmitted over end-to-end encrypted protocols.

Data subjects have the right to request information, rectification, deletion, and to object to processing under Articles 15-22 of the GDPR. You can forward any such request to info@berqun.com.
